Samsung Galaxy S23 series may not feature upgraded telephoto sensor

Samsung is gearing up to launch the next-generation foldable smartphone but the South Korean giant is also working on the upcoming Galaxy S-series flagship phones,

details of which have leaked online multiple times.

Now, if the latest report is to be believed,

then the telephoto camera sensor on the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus’ camera module won’t be upgraded.

As per the report, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will keep using the same 10-megapixel telephoto sensor that is found in the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus smartphones.

It is not yet known what it will be for the Galaxy S23 Ultra. It remains to be seen if the unchanged camera sensor is limited

to the telephoto lens or if the entire back camera setup remains the same. The information available so far is unconfirmed, so even if it’s true for now,

it can be changed given that the S23 series launch is still months away.
